Godley Station's newer builds are the bread and butter out here — three- and four-bedroom houses and townhomes off Pooler Parkway that fill up with families in town for a weekend tournament or an early SAV flight. They check out fast and they book back-to-back, so the window between a guest dragging suitcases to the door and the next one pulling in from Tanger is tight. We clean to that clock: full linen swap, restock the paper and coffee, wipe down the kitchen a family of six actually used, and shoot claim-ready photos before we lock up.
Savannah Quarters runs a little larger and slower, but the drill's the same — guest-ready by check-in, not "eventually."

Can you handle a same-day turnover when checkout's at 11 and the next guest lands at 4?
Yes. That's most of what we do near the airport. Give us the checkout time and we build the route around it, calendar-synced so nobody's guessing.
We're outside Savannah's STVR overlay — does that change anything for cleaning?
Not for us. Pooler's its own city with its own rules, and our turnover process stays the same either way — we just keep photo records of condition on every visit in case you need them.
