What should the handover include?
State access instructions, the next guest’s setup and where supplies are stored. Confirm photos and how missing items are reported.
What if the photos show something new?
Identify the task wanted and ask whether it is included or extra work. See using photos for clear feedback.
Does a report include an automatic repair service?
No. Agree separately on maintenance and the authority to arrange it.
