Same-day turnover cleaning fits a full reset — stripped beds, remade rooms, restocked supplies, trash out — into the gap between one guest's checkout and the next check-in. Current hours: Mon–Fri 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, closed Sat–Sun.
A same-day turnover happens when a booking calendar shows a checkout and a check-in on the same date, with no night in between to fall back on if anything goes wrong. Savannah STR Cleaning treats that as a scheduling problem first — the crew needs the checkout time confirmed and the property flagged before the day starts, not found out about that morning.
Current hours: Mon–Fri 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, closed Sat–Sun.
How does a checkout-to-check-in turn actually get scheduled?
The turn only works if the checkout time is locked in before the crew's day starts — a same-day flip that gets called in after the crew is already midway through another property is the fastest way to miss a check-in. Once the schedule is set, the property gets cleaned in the order that protects the check-in deadline first: beds and bathrooms, then kitchen, then the restock and staging that can be finished in the last few minutes before the next guest's window opens.
Is a same-day turn priced differently from a standard one?
Turnover pricing across the Savannah market runs $50 to $200 for a standard cleaning and $50 to $325 for an Airbnb-specific turnover, depending mostly on bedroom count and condition — those are published rates from other local providers, not a fixed number. Savannah STR Cleaning quotes each property individually before booking, since a same-day flip on a two-bedroom with a full kitchen reset isn't the same job as a same-day flip on a studio.
What if the departing guest runs late?
A late checkout eats directly into the window before the next guest arrives, and there's no clean way to compress a bathroom or kitchen reset once it's already running behind. The practical fix is telling the crew the moment a checkout is confirmed running late, so the schedule for that property — and whatever comes after it — can be adjusted before the guest is even out the door.
Do you handle same-day turnovers on weekends?
Current hours: Mon–Fri 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, closed Sat–Sun.
How much does a same-day turnover cost?
It depends on the property — bedroom count, condition, and whether it's a standard clean or a full Airbnb turnover. Other Savannah-area cleaners publish turnover rates anywhere from $50 to $325; Savannah STR Cleaning quotes each property before booking rather than working off a flat number.
Do you cover same-day turnovers outside Savannah itself?
Yes — the coverage area spans 10 service areas beyond Savannah proper, and same-day scheduling works the same way across all of them: the checkout time needs to be confirmed before the crew's day is set.
